In Memory of Christina McKelvie

VIAS were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Christina McKelvie MSP yesterday. Christina was a passionate advocate of employment opportunities for people with learning disabilities long before she started her career as an MSP so it was fitting that our CEO, Norma Curran, was at Holyrood yesterday speaking to MSPs about supported internships for this very client group. We commend the MSPs who bravely took part. We all agreed that Christina would, most definitely, have approved. We send our condolences to her husband and children at this sad time.
