About Us
Values Into Action Scotland (VIAS) is a charity run by and for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. We believe that everyone has the right to be valued and to participate in the life of their community.
We work across Scotland to support people with learning disabilities and autistic people through our quality improvement services, training programmes, and community projects.
What we do
Our work spans three core areas:
- Quality Improvement – We help businesses and organisations improve their services for disabled people through consultancy, mystery shopping, and bespoke training.
- Projects – Our community projects support people with learning disabilities and autistic people in areas including employment, political engagement, health, and financial literacy.
- Training – We deliver training to organisations and professionals on disability rights, inclusion and accessible practice.
Founded in Glasgow, VIAS has grown to deliver services across Scotland, always with people with learning disabilities and autistic people at the heart of everything we do.
