![]() | We are recruiting for two separate part-time roles. Each will work 8 hours per week. They will support and develop our work with people with learning disabilities and/or neurodivergence. |

Job Description
![]() | This person will work with the Lead to support people to take part in activities and projects. |
![]() | The role involves regular contact with people with learning disabilities to build trust make relationships make sure that people feel connected. |
![]() | The postholder will help group meetings training sessions They will support people to take part feel safe be included. |
![]() | They will go to meetings with support providers day services partner organisations. They will arrange and support regular online meetings using Zoom or Microsoft Teams. They will provide admin support such as planning meetings telling people about them keeping records. |
![]() | The person will do other tasks that are agreed with the Lead. |

Skills and experience that the person must have
![]() | The person must have work with people with learning disabilities in a way that shows respect the person is the focus of our attention. If they have not done this before they must show that this is the way that they will work. |
![]() | They must have good skills in listening talking being organised being on time supporting groups supporting people one-to-one. |
![]() | The person must be able to use Zoom and Teams to talk to people. |
![]() | The person must be willing to change plans if needed easy to talk to able to work as part of a team. |

Job Description
![]() | The person will develop update finish making existing and new training products and courses for people with learning disabilities and/or neurodivergent people. |
![]() | This includes programmes like SHE (a 12-week programme exploring Health and sexual wellbeing for women with learning disabilities). Count Me In (a budgeting and money skills game). They will work with the Lead to look at content make it accessible turn them into packages that VIAS can sell. |
![]() | The person will network with people in the learning disability sector the wider third sector business-to-business groups to get the word out about what we do. |
![]() | This includes promoting what we develop making connections making our projects more reachable and possible. |
