Triple E

Triple E is a service designed to identify what supports a workplace environment may need. It also provides backup to the employee and employer, developing independence in the workplace and addressing career progression in due course. One way in which we do this is through job coaching.

Our funding partner is the Robertson Trust who aims to help communities in Scotland that are in need by providing funding for charitable organisations.

Using Triple E, we can offer intensive specialist support to employers and employees, provide access to advice and support on and off site, help your employee to apply for funding to support them in work and provide specific disability awareness training and offer advice.
